Great idea to come out to Berlin’s Silicon Valley and check out some vinyl flooring! The service was excellent — Maria was very pleasant and helped create a great space for us to plan our new apartment. Highly recommended.

Finding good customer service in Berlin is hard. Finding amazing customer service is like finding a needle in a haystack, and that’s exactly what I found at this place. Maria was incredibly friendly, informative, and patient. She helped me make tough decisions when faced with so many options, giving me space to think when I needed it and stepping in at just the right moments. She never rushed me and truly understood my needs. I’ve been to other places that sell tiles and flooring, and unfortunately, the way I was treated there was awful. My German isn’t strong enough to discuss these kinds of details, but here, I found someone who genuinely cared about making herself understood. I’m deeply grateful that the staff agreed to hold the appointment in English. I noticed the effort, and I felt that they truly cared about making sure I left happy, with something I loved, and confident that I’d enjoy my new floors at home. I hope I meet more "Marias" in the future. She really made my day. I left the store with a big smile.
