Very frustrating experience! I only recently became a customer here, at first I was satisfied, but today, I had a horrible experience and will not return to this place. I had an appointment at 6:35, I came straight from work, so I was half an hour early, got told I had to wait, which is valid, and so I went back outside. After a few minutes, a woman working there came out and asked my name, I told her, she told me I had to wait again. At 6:30, I came back into the salon and waited until 6:40. I coincidentally checked my email and saw that my appointment got moved to Saturday (today is Tuesday). I asked the woman about it, she told me they’d have to pay a 35% fee and so she switched my appointment to another day. I had gotten the email at 6:29 (six minutes before my appointment was supposed to be). And I was sitting in the salon waiting, with her across from me, not saying anything until I spoke up. I canceled my appointment and will never come back.

I’ve been coming here regularly for my gel nail extensions for 2 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had appointments with three different nail technicians here and they were all good, but now I have my go-to nail tech and the results are always flawless. I usually get gel nail extensions with color or some simple nail art or rhinestones. They take their time and make sure everything is perfect, even if it takes two hours. For Munich, the price–quality ratio is excellent. The extensions are definitely durable and survive active/sporty days for one whole month. Booking is super easy, I just text them and they’re always very accommodating. If you’re looking for professional gel nails in Sendling/ Harras area, I highly recommend this salon.

It was the most disappointing experience ever with my nails. I do my nails for more than 15 years and this never happened to me. The girl who did my gel nails looked inexperienced since she didn’t work on my nail at all, all sides were with extra gel that was scratching my skin and clothes. The color was not putted well since all the sides she was letting it empty (no paint). I said to her two times to correct that because it was looking very bad and I wanted a professional treatment. She also damaged my skin fingers in some part with working to much at the same point. In the end I was so disappointed and said to them that this is not professional to make it in this way and than someone else from them came to remove the mistakes. But for me this was too late, after the first one already ruined my nails. Very disappointing and worst experience ever for me.

My nails were not nicely done, I had asked them to do acrylic nail extension and showed them a picture of what I want exactly. But the end result was nothing like what I wanted. And they even made three of my fingers BLEED. The corners of the nails were injured. Never had such an experience with any other salon previously. They reduced the price by only €5 euros for that. But with this kind of service, I regret having paid anything at all. The nail artists seemed unprofessional. Heavily disappointed with the service. Would never recommend!!

Pretty decent nail salon in Munich. I am a pretty picky customer and still haven’t found my holy grail in this city but JN is so far the best. I really appreciated that some of the tools they used were dedicated for me only (they were kept in a box with my name), big bonus for trying to be as sterile as possible. ;) the work itself was also good. I didn’t like extending my broken nail with a tip, but it is what it is. The staff was also friendly and helpful. All in all I was happy with the result :)
