Store looks nice inside, good choice of brands and models. But incredible poor customer service to fetch the right size. Staff at counter is disinterested to help. We left despite wanting to buy.

Very low level of service and professionalism. The JD Sports team here is honestly to blame for creating confusion for customers. You can see from many other reviews that this JD Munich store has ongoing issues, and the low rating already says a lot. From my experience, the staff here looked like they didn’t want to work at all. I asked for a shoe size and was told by the staff at the front to ask someone in the middle. When I asked the staff in the middle, he told me to go back to the front. I went back, and again I was sent to the middle. This back-and-forth happened repeatedly without anyone actually helping. I’ve received far better hospitality in Amsterdam and other cities. This store seriously needs better staff training and clearer responsibility on the shop floor. If you’re tired of working and don’t want to help customers, then don’t work here. Quit your job instead of wasting customers’ time. Or you can't find a new job? Skill issue?

Today I went in to try on shoes, and there were only pairs for display. But the employee, Reghda Najjar help find new shoes she was very attentive in her service. I give 5 stars for her. But when I was paying, the cashier knew I didn't speak German and rolled her eyes at me. I wasn't sure if it was her normal gesture, I was trying to be positive, btw they were trying to offer me a promotion. Thank you

Absolute organisational mess in that shop. Don’t bother. I spent an hour trying on only two sizes of a shoe. It took 10 mins to bring the size from the store room, 10 to get the next size up and they had sent the first back so 10 more to get it back. Then they told me to pick up the shoes at the cashier where I spent 10 mins queuing but they had brought them back to the store room. The cashier didn’t seem to know what to do so sent me away with no shoes. So I had to find someone else and wait another 10 mins to bring them from the store again, then queue another 10 mins. To pay. Ridiculous
