Fantastic service! We live in The Netherlands and were looking for a Freistil couch for quite some time. It is very difficult to get a hold of the Freistil distributors/shops in the Netherlands and to get a quote from them. Then once we got a quote from Dutch shops (often took reminders and made me feel like begging), the price was (as expected) high. We reached out to Izabela K on a Saturday (!) and within an hour we ordered it with them! Delivery cost from Germany was only EUR 195, so all in all we saved a lot of money. BUT also the service was impeccable. The driver (their own transport service!) texted he was going to be here at 10.30 and guess what, he rang the bell at 10.30! German precision!;) He then helped carry the sofa further into the house, helped it unpack and install it! HIGHLY recommended.

Truly amazing shopping experience. No other shop comes even closer to their outstanding customer service and knowledge. I live in Sydney, thousands km from Germany. After full renovation of our Bondi Beach semi house I was searching for different options of purchasing new sofa beds. There are numerous furniture shops in Sydney and some of them dealing with importing high end quality furniture from Europe. I found that price of the same product ( made in Germany, Rolf Benz sofas) are much higher in Sydney than in Izabela K shop ( with included international delivery price). I did not find any advantage of buying direct : in the shop they need to order from Rolf Benz ; waiting period is the same if not longer. In addition to attractive price, the main reason I decided to go ahead with this company was truly outstanding customer service of the owners: Mr Peter and Mrs Izabela Schubert. They spent literally 3 hours with me ( via e mail): I received comprehensive professional consultation that helped me to choose right furniture for our living room. My husband has serious back problem and Mr Peter has helped me to choose the sofa with right measurements and comfort level. They exami
