We went for a couples massage on Sunday. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My therapist Racheal was exceptional. Intuitive, professional, and incredibly skilled. My partner was treated by Julia, who was equally amazing. We both left deeply relaxed and genuinely impressed. I’ve visited Isarspa several times before and have always had superb experiences. This was my first visit on a Sunday, and while the spa was understandably very busy, it didn’t take away from the quality of the massage itself. The treatments were outstanding and reminded me why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Isarspa, and especially Racheal and Julia, truly top-level therapists. I will definitely return.

Amazing and welcoming staff. Booked a massage and it exceeded my expectations. Spa area very clean. Personnel is super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to relax. 🙂

I had the pleasure of visiting Isar Spa at Westin and my experience was truly outstanding. The spa has a calm’ and elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. I enjoyed a facial treatment that was of the highest quality, using professional products and tailored perfectly to my skin’s needs. A special mention goes to my therapist, Julia, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Her professionalism and soothing approach made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment. I left Isar Spa feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with visibly improved skin. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience.

Isar Spa by Sheraton is a truly wonderful place — calm, elegant, and perfect for relaxation after a long day. From the moment you enter, you can feel the care and professionalism in every detail. I would especially like to thank physiotherapist Tzoulia Agkolli, who is an exceptional professional. She made me feel comfortable right away, and the massage with her was absolutely amazing — a perfect combination of skill, knowledge, and genuine care. After the session, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and full of positive energy. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-quality wellness experience in Munich!

The massage didn’t meet my expectations even after stating the problematic areas to focus on. I walked in with neck and shoulder pain, and I still left with them :( Otherwise, I do enjoy the sauna, steam bath and the pool area very much. The pool water is colder than usual. So the first day was tough to get into. Seemed slighter warmer on the next day.
