The male pharmacist gave me the wrong prescription and when I checked it and let him know he refused to refund because I opened it. His inability to solve a simple problem is astounding. He was also very emotional and kept blaming „Germany. My prescription was for an Oral Solution, I received capsules. That is not the exact prescription.

Wonderful pharmacy. Great prices, convenient location with coverage from the snow. Most important, the workers are extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to help me in English. They saved the day today for me and my family.

Only 3 mins walk from the Munich central station. I went in to purchase 3 brands: Weleda, Dr. Hauschka and Annemarie Borlind. 1. Fortunately they have a good collections of body products for Weleda, which I couldn’t find in Dm. However they don’t have facial products of Weleda. 2. They also have reasonable collection of Dr. Hauschka products including day cream, night cream, lip balm. Cleaning cream was short of stock. 3. They don’t carry Annemarie Borlind brand. There are alternative selection from Germany La mer.
