We had a great experience with Interhyp and our contact person Markus Raabe was of immense help. Practically, Markus guide us through the process even though my German was not that good. I particularly liked how organized the whole process was, and it helped us to keep the financing and banking communications stress-free. Markus was very kind and quick to respond to our quires and at times spoke directly with the seller to clear up hurdles. A great thanks for the Interhyp team to make it all smooth and easy for us. We worked with Daniel Honnef from Interhyp on our home purchase. As first-time buyers in Germany, we had to navigate a process with a lot of unknowns and to deal with the language barrier. Luckily Daniel speaks excellent English and was able to explain the whole process and to answer all our questions. The mortgage application was prepared entirely by him, and he ran a few scenarios for the different repayment schedules which would fit our budget. He was patient and explained all the important details which helped us make the optimal decision suitable for our finances. Daniel was super responsive, always helpful, was available at a short notice and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, completing it in time for the Notary appointment. Daniel regularly provided updates on the mortgage process progress and effectively liaised with the lender to satisfy all their requirements which saved us critical time in the application and approval process and to avoid numerous visits to the bank.
