Fantastic experience with Elena Zieglmeier! Very friendly, helpful and very fast with communication. My German is not at the best level and was accommodative enough to speak in English. If you want to go ahead with your Immobilien just go to them! They have a fantastic customer mindset!

It is quite a daunting task to find an apartment in Ingolstadt. Immobilien Zieglmeier is the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Ms. Susanne Biller, with her professional and friendly disposition, made the entire process a breeze, from the viewing to the handover. My wife and I are very grateful. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, Susanne!

Esepcially, Susanne Biller (Immobilien Zieglmeier) consistently demonstrates exceptional reliability and professionalism. She promptly addresses inquiries, even beyond regular office hours when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues. I sincerely appreciate her proficient and approachable support. Additionally, it's worth noting that her ability to communicate fluently in English, a rarity in Ingolstadt, adds to her outstanding qualities

The process was very smoothly, I was able to find a flat and close the contract very fast. All my conversations were in English, which help me a lot to understand each step The contract was sent via email, so I was able to quickly translate it. No issues occurred, it was overall a great experience :)
