They claimed they would sell this watch, but they didn’t. My feelings were played with. Think twice before shopping here, and my advice is to stay away🥹🤷🏼

I don’t remember ever feeling this humiliated in my life. Let me explain everything from the beginning. In 2024, we visited this store and placed our names on the waiting list. For one year, there was no update. This year, we visited the Cologne Rolex boutique again. A gentleman treated us kindly, checked the list, and confirmed that our names were there. He even suggested a few models we could purchase, including the Rolex Datejust 41 steel model. On Friday we thanked him and left for Belgium for the weekend. After thinking it over, we returned on Monday morning. This time, new watches had been added to the showcase. I specifically asked for the blue Datejust 41, which I really liked. They agreed. Based on that, I canceled my flight, called my accountant, and arranged for a large transfer of funds to my personal account. Since international transfers take one day, I told them I would return the next day to complete the purchase. At that point, for the first time, they mentioned a requirement of local residency in Cologne. I called a friend who agreed to help and come the next morning. Buyin Rolex is always joy, but when the staff is amazing thats incredible. My experience here is hard to describe in words, can't say nothing but good.
