**Update - please see the business’ response to this review to fully understand the extent of their poor customer service. Hotel has claimed “explicit threats” were made if they did not “meet [my] demands.” Through email correspondence I made no demands, did not request any sort of compensation, and find the response completely unprofessional and slanderous. Again, I implore you to be cautious when engaging with this hotel.** Avoid this hotel if customer service matters to you. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this hotel was so disappointing that I feel it's only fair to warn other travellers. My airline cancelled my flight and moved me onto a flight the following day. This was completely outside of my control, so I contacted the hotel to ask if my booking could be changed from two nights to one. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, just not to be charged for a night I physically couldn't use because of the airline's decision. The hotel refused my request outright and even suggested that my "best option" was to keep the original booking, meaning I had no choice but to pay for two nights despite only being able to stay for one. What really frus

More like Novotel Dungeons! These can not possibly be described as suites. We did not have much interaction with the staff so can not comment on the service but the rooms are horrid! Check in was easy and the minimal help conversation we had with the reception was polite and courteous. Photos shown on the page are very deceiving. Old, dated hotel with rooms that belong in the 70s. The microwave is straight out of a horror movie. Toilet is smaller than what you'll find in a budget airplane. The sinks clogged easily and I'll be surprised if you felt cleaner after taking a shower in the bathroom. For a booking of 4, we were only given 2 bath towels. Good luck trying to park in the tiny garage. You will wish you had Mr. Bean's car!

We had a very pleasant family stay. We were not all together in one room; instead, we had two rooms, which the children really enjoyed. The hotel was in a good location within Munich, and overall we were very satisfied. Parking would have been nice to have included in the price, but it was not a major issue for us.

Old carpet that have questionable cleanliness, luckily all went well for me. Good enough for a night's rest but could be better as compared to the stature of an international hotel chain. Room is indeed bigger than other hotels of the same price range. The service at the front desk was great and welcoming. Regardless, best temper your expectations for your stay.
