Really disappointing experience. I booked the Power Yoga Class for 18:00 and was late by 10 Minutes due to immense traffic on my way there. I tried to call and let them know in advance without any success. After I arrived and checked in, I entered the class where the teacher told me very bluntly that I was too late. I tried to explain to her the reason for my delay, however she didn’t care about that and told me I was not allowed to attend any more. Even tho I was standing there in my gym cloth ready to start right away. She smashed the door in front of my face afterwards and I had to leave. I don’t think I will come back any time soon.

I mixed up the times and went by mistake into a class. I didn’t know the space as I was the first time there. The yoga teacher pushed me with her elbow aggressively out of the room. I am practicing yoga for more than 10 years. Someone behaving that way shouldn’t be a yoga teacher (yet). Today, Thursday 7pm.

I had a blast attending "SOULFUL FLOW" on Sunday morning. It is awesome that on their official website, they made a video overview of how to get to the place and what it looks like. The class was great, and it can live up to the expectations of the slow and relaxing Sunday morning flow. It was also appreciable that we were given cards with "ja/nein" to identify whether we wanted support from the teacher. The room also has all the needed equipment for the class: mats, blankets, blocks and more. They also serve some tea, and you can grab some water :) The place seems to be pretty sustainable, from the materials that the equipment is made of to the glasses for the drinks. However, the inconveniences, such as: - tiny yoga room (we were 17 people + teacher; which wasn't the maximum capacity, as according to the website, 5 more spots were free), which led to me and the lady on the side touching each other time to time and needing to move back and forth on the mat to find enough of the space for ourselves. - outside bathroom (you have to get the key from the studio to go to the bathroom that is located across the yoga room. Great Yoga Studio with experienced teachers in Gostenhof, Nuremberg. Holy Wow offer classes in German as well as English. The facilities itself are beautifully designed and provide an inspiring atmosphere for your practice. Teaching types range from basic to advanced, traditional to "flowy" / dancing style - always delivered with high quality instructions. Highly recommend!

The beautiful and cosy yoga room brings us the right atmosphere. The yoga practice transport us to our best self. Sina, Helen and Janine take care that we make the right movements, while keeping the flow. I felt very welcome here, even though I don't speak German well and I had never done Yoga before.
