I am extremely disappointed with the way my invoice request has been handled. I stayed at this hotel from 18 May to 22 May 2026. After my stay, I requested a corrected invoice with my company’s billing address. I have followed up multiple times by email, provided my booking/confirmation details when requested, and repeatedly provided the correct billing address. Despite all of this, I am still waiting for a proper invoice almost two months later. What makes this particularly frustrating is that this is not a complicated request. I am simply asking the hotel to issue a correct invoice for a stay that has already been paid for. As a business traveller, an invoice is essential for expense reimbursement and accounting purposes. Having to repeatedly chase a hotel for such a basic document for weeks is completely unacceptable. The amount of time I have had to waste sending follow-up emails for something that should be routine is astonishing. The stay itself is no longer what I remember most about this hotel — unfortunately, it is the extremely poor post-stay customer service and failure to resolve a basic invoice request despite repeated written follow-ups. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was decent, and the reception staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The only major downside was the housekeeping service. On one day, I politely asked the cleaning staff three separate times to make my room. The last time, the housekeeper even sighed at my request, and the room was still not cleaned. I then asked reception twice more, and they assured me they had contacted housekeeping. However, when I returned at 11:00 PM, my room still hadn’t been made. This was disappointing and did not match the otherwise positive experience. If housekeeping improves, I would gladly stay here again.

Overall, a very good hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was okay – it was the same every day, but there was enough variety to choose from, and the coffee was good. A huge advantage was that the hotel offered both an early check-in and a late check-out free of charge and without any hassle. The staff were very accommodating and willing to help with every request, which positively surprised me. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but this is something you can easily check before booking. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express Munich North and overall the stay was almost pleasant. The room was clean, the hotel was comfortable, and everything seemed fine — until checkout. The biggest issue was the parking system and the completely unreasonable parking charge. We were charged 39€ for less than 24 hours of parking, which honestly felt excessive and unfair. According to the parking screen, the system created “multiple parking sessions,” even though we were simply staying at the hotel overnight. Earlier in the evening, I parked outside for a couple of hours to grab something to eat, then later returned and parked overnight in the underground parking as a hotel guest. The parking summary showed: * One session for about 2 hours and 25 minutes costing 10€ * Another overnight/open session * Total charge: 39€ For one night at a hotel, this pricing feels completely disproportionate, especially for exterior parking. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of assistance from the front desk when I tried to get clarification.
