I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service, as the experience was extremely frustrating. My boyfriend bought me a ring and, since my finger is small, we were told by the sales associate that adjusting the size would not be a problem. On April 15, we returned to the store, my finger was measured, and we requested the adjustment. On April 22, I contacted the store to ask about the timeline, but no one was able to provide any information and we were told to follow up the next day. Today, April 23, we were informed that the ring cannot be resized and that a new one would need to be made, which would take 4 to 5 weeks, with no exact date provided. What is most concerning is that at no point did the store reach out to inform us of this change. All communication came from us. I live in the United States and my boyfriend lives here, so we do not see each other often. I will be leaving on April 29 and we will only see each other again on May 23. Even so, the store cannot commit to a timeframe, despite this initially being presented as a simple adjustment. The service provided does not match what was promised at the time of purchase. The purchase experience itself was alright, not the most engaging process and quite slow but it may have been down to a simple language barrier, which is very understandable. However, the after-sales service is horrendous. It took them three weeks to process a VAT refund after they received the necessary documentation. They do not pick up when you call, and call you back once a day. If you can’t speak then, you cannot reach them until they try you the following day. There is only one person who can perform such administrative tasks in the back office, and if she’s not in, nothing can be done. A simple question of “which credit card number do you need” took two weeks to answer. Eventually, I got through by calling four times in a row. Finally someone picked up, and when I asked to speak to the person who sold me the watch, he said she’s busy and for me to call back in an hour. I insisted he take down my credit card details and give them to her, because that’s all I needed to do and it would take less than two minutes. His response was that they are quite busy right now. Today have one guy in the store said to me that I need 10 years to order the Rolex watch. Can someone confirm for me that is it true ?? It’s really funny . When I buy Porsche , it doesn't take for 10 years to order . It’s true 😂😂😂

I became a client of Juwelier Hoerl a few years ago, when I started to talk to Mr. Markus Desch about watches and many other things. Markus has always treated me wonderfully, even when things were not at the best for himself. He does not overpromise but instead always delivers exactly what he can promise. In those years Markus has managed to make me feel special, and we have developed a warm and friendly relationship. He is proof of the saying that the best thing about watches are the people 'behind' them. Juwelier Hoerl is wonderful AD, particularly in these days, where large chains like Bucherer and Wempe dominate the market in the german speaking world. Thanks Markus and keep up the great work..

We have been to many watch authorized dealers in Germany but none have paid such close attention to their customer as HORLS. We were pampered with warm hospitality, especially from their boutique manager Ms Feinhals and her co-worker Ms Gagesch. Great selection and excellent boutique to get your exquisite jewelry and timepiece from. Highly recommended!
