I was able to get an appointment within a week of scheduling. All follow up appointments were the same. She explained clearly what she could do through insurance. I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism.

Dr. Smith is a bit in rush if you are a publicly insured person :) But she's a great choice when you have a situation you need to cure fast. There would be no deep investigation of the problem cause, although you would have a relief. I got helped with my severe eczema episode.

After reading the bad reviews I wasn’t expecting much, but in general it is very hard to find a top rating dermatologist, who also accepts public insurance and has soon appointments. My skin condition was affecting my well being, which was affecting my skin condition, probably you are familiar with this vicious cycle. So I just wanted to get the god damn cream to bring any kind of improvement. But doctor Smith looked at my skin, took a sample of it and mouth mucus as well to check several versions she had. She also prescribed me a cream. The other doctors would just look at the skin and prescribe something, but not really try to find out the cause and do some tests. Although the appointment was quick, it was also efficient. I‘ll see how it goes from now, but overall she gave me an impression of a good specialist.

I scheduled a check up for a mole that looked suspisious and dr. confirmed it should be removed. The first visit played out very nicely - I scheduled the surgery appointment in the office and opeted for a standard procedure which is covered by insurance and needs stitches removal after 2 weeks. A week later I received a phone call from their desk office saying they had a double booking for my appointment and would have to reschedule. We rescheduled both the surgery appointment and stitch removal appointment. On the day of initially scheduled appointment, I received a call where they were asking me why I didn't show up - and the doctor asked the same when I came for the rescheduled appointment. This showed me already there were communication and planning issues here. Furthermore, when I got to my surgery appointment, I was asked to pay for the cosmetical procedure (not the standard one I opted for). I clarified with the desk office worker again that I wanted standard and reconfirmed the stitch removal appointment. While I was finishing with the surgery and the doctor was explaining the post-care, I asked about the stitches where she got confused saying she performed the cosmetic pro

I really cannot understand the bad reviews. Perhaps I got a different dermatologist or something. I made an an appointment with a waiting time of 1 week. The receptionist was very nice, both on the phone and also in person. 5 minutes waiting time. I was treated nicely, listened to and put at ease. I was talked through both procedures and what to expect and how much or little pain I should feel. Would definitely return without hesitation.
