Waited almost a month for thyroid test. Usually they check three values TSH, T3 and T4. But the lady here will only test one of them and persistently offers for other tests which is not in my interest. All three values TSH, T3 and T4 is usually checked in all the other praxis / labs in the world. Just walked out and asked appointment with another doctor. Sorry you could better. I feel it's a waste of time.

I am completly disappointed by the doctor and the staff working there. Going there with my mom who was in pain and the staff sent us to a health insurance to clarify her foreign insurance. After talking to the health insurance we were advised we didn’t have to go there in the first place, it is the job of the doctors staff to send the document via fax and they could immediately clarify that. It is a standard procedure but obviously not for the staff working at this doctors office. After returning to the doctors office again, one of the staff “competent” ladies said there is a mistake in the document and we have to go back to the health isnurance. That is the point I lost my patience and left the office with my mom ( who is by the way also a very appreciated doctor in my home country with over 30 years of experience and couldn’t believe what she is going through, trusting in German health system quality) I am totally disapointed with Dr. Daub who was present and the staff, not only as professionals but as human beings. Never stepping a foot there again!

you´ll get a quick appointment but the service isn´t that good! I had an infection of my throat, with 3-4 days fever and came to a doctor who told me to take paracetamol to cure it. Saying that this will just treat the symptoms the doctor disappeared. Two days later I ended up in hospital having a bad inflammation of my trachea which caused me some struggle to cure. When I told the hospital doctor the story he told me to never see that "bad- doctor" again. Since there are many doctors in that clinic I changed to an different one in the same location. One was seriously rude and the last one gave me wrong meds for 3 years so I they caused other health issues. So unless u already know what kinda treatment u want and u tell them, don´t go there!
