What a disappointment. My first visit was fantastic. Ria knew exactly how to handle my curls, and I left extremely happy. My second appointment with her was cancelled at short notice, and nobody told me she no longer worked at the salon. Instead, I was assured over the phone that everyone there was experienced with curly hair. My appointment with Steve lasted just 14 minutes. He seemed unsure of what to do and appeared completely unmotivated. He dry-cut a few random strands while making unnecessary comments about my appearance. All I wanted was a simple trim, but the result was careless and unprofessional. To his credit, he only charged me the children's haircut price, which suggests he knew the result wasn't acceptable. However, telling me to come back for corrections only if I paid the full price was wild. Everyone can have a bad day, but the lack of transparency about Ria leaving and the poor treatment I received were simply unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone with curly hair.

I think it could have been a nice salon because some of the team are sweet, but one of the hair stylists was rude to me. there is no reason to look down on the customer and and treating them ironicly not well. My request was simple and I couldn’t get I wanted. After cutting my fringe in an uneven, inattentive way without trying to hear me out, he immediately left without saying thanks or goodbye, and almost blamed me for the bad results 🙂 then somebody else took the payment. :) I don’t want to leave with a sour feeling from a place that I go to get a service from. It’s 2026, We can be kind to each other people!

Got my haircut today with Steve, absolute legend. He listened to what I wanted and delivered, his confidence with cutting hair can absolutely be felt and it put me at ease. I’m gonna let the pictures speak for his work 😍 Also Kim was very helpful with booking the appointment. Overall, I’m definitely coming back even if it means flying to Berlin for a haircut.

My worst experience at a hair salon in my entire life. Hairdresser: Steve I arrived with photos of the haircut and colour I wanted to get. From the very beginning, I felt that the hairdresser was almost uncomfortable having to listen to me, and instead of talking with me to co-create the haircut and advise me based on what I wanted, he was extremely dry and uncooperative. He did not speak to me, not even to explain the processes, only to move me from one place to another, without any care, attention, or consideration. I was the last client, and when everyone else had left, he turned the music up (which was already loud) to an excessive volume, and at no point did he ask if I was comfortable with it, even though it was objectively too loud. I work in customer service, and for me it would be unthinkable to make the experience about myself instead of about the client. Instead of having a moment of care, I experienced the opposite after a day where I had also worked my hours. He was cutting my hair in a rushed, rough and quite aggressive way, as if he was trying to finish as quickly as possible. He repeatedly pulled my hair and hit my face with it while cutting it in uneven chunks
