The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel service experiences I have ever had. I checked in on 15 July 2026 and originally planned to stay for only one night. The tall female receptionist who checked me in was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was comfortable, and thanks to her excellent service, I decided to extend my stay for another night. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely the following morning (16 July, around 11:00 a.m.) when I spoke with another receptionist—a shorter woman wearing glasses. Without exaggeration, her attitude was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel. Starting from the employees to the manager, they are all bad. Including the cleaning lady who knocked at 8:20 in the morning to change the towels in the room even though I had the "do not disturb" paper on the door. The hallway at exit no. 2, not the main exit, is very dirty. A lot of dirt, and it looks horrible. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures to attach them here. On booking there are pictures of the pool, but when you get to the location it is 25 euros per person. That is, since we were 2 people, it was 50 euros per day for a fairly small pool. The massage was 110 euros per person. I am very sorry that I booked this hotel. I have never had any problems with t
