My sister was visiting from the US and we both wanted to get piercings together to commemorate our time together before she left. We made an appointment and very soon after we did, we received a call to clarify the piercings we wanted to get. The store itself is a bit difficult to find, but that’s not their fault. Once we arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and kind. They were extremely accommodating with our lack of German speaking. We signed our paperwork and went back into the room and our piercer was immediately friendly and helped to ease the anxiety of getting a new piercing. My sister tends to not do well around needles, and Robert was on the top of his game with catering to her before, during, and after the piercing happened. Even though she got dizzy and anxious, we left laughing and talking about how great the experience was because of Robert. I am genuinely looking forward to going back for my downsizing appointment because I know I’ll leave content and happy about the price, service, and quality. From an ex-piercing studio manager, this is one of the best studios I’ve been to.

I didn't realize that I came a day early to my appointment 🤣 but was accommodated regardless. The piercer was very nice and professional, she was very mindful of my comfort and gave me clear aftercare instructions. Their set up was hygienic. It felt like being in a doctor's office rather than a tattoo and piercing shop.
