5/5 INCREDIBLE service, this will become my go-to spot! Was a walk-in customer with my friend, without appointments, and left with a perfect piercing in 25 minutes. All staff was incredibly friendly, professional and straightforward. Questions were answered effectively and quickly, without confusion. Piercing (lobe) was explained professionally and planned carefully by the piercer. It was done swiftly, with very little pain, and aftercare was explained well, followed with an extra info brochure to take home. The decor is very nice and calming and the prices are extremely fair and affordable! All in all, amazing experience, and i will certainly return for future piercings and/or tattoos. I regret not having gotten the name of the staff who helped us, the two ladies were great!

No customer care, no customer service and nothing for loyal customers either. That was my experience today after visiting for years. It started last year when I asked and gave specific instructions for a sleeve tattoo, after half the work was done they were not able to give me a second appointment because the artist was leaving Germany. They promised to update me but it has been more than a year since then and nobody cares to call me or update me. And then today they were not willing to help me with my piercings which I have all made inhouse, except I pay extra for each and every one. I said no thank you after being a loyal customer for years. I do not recommend this place, they only care about your money.

Had a terrible after experience unfortunately. My very first piercing in Germany and unfortunately didn’t go well. It got infected and it sounds crazy but yeah I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and I have a damaged contour that will forever remind me of the experience. Safe to say, this will be my last time trying out any piercings. And yes, I have other piercings before now and I am used to taking care of them but with this I saw different tiers of pain! Though, I was offered my money back- hopefully I feel better to go pick it up after the traumatic experience. The 40€ unfortunately doesn’t measure up to the surgery and nights I had to spend at the hospital. Never again!!! Update: After several back and forth- which shouldn’t be, I was refunded 35€. I paid 40€ for the service as I chose a different stud design. I’m guessing they have no plans to pay me back the extra 5€. Like I said, never ever again!!!!!

5 stars! Stopped by on a Saturday evening for a tragus piercing. There was a little wait time with an appointment but super chill. Lisa did an excellent job and also switched out some other piercings for me. Will definitely be back. Price and service is unbeatable.

What an amazing place to get your tattoo. Staff is really friendly. Make sure they explain everything. Tattoo appointment is than getting Sattler after you know your artist and have a clue what you want. They calculate the time and and how long it is going to take. You make a deposit and than the rest you pay when the tattoo is getting done. They work very clean, professional, and actuate. Love coming here and Sol is a great Artist. Thanks for everything.
