I already had a very good experience the first time I visited this shop but this time I took advantage of their service and it was excellent. A special thanks to Steve who was super fast, kind and efficient in checking the bike and giving me advices. Now I can safely enjoy my Liv!

I own a Scott bike (not even from them), and whenever I’ve visited their service center, they’ve always provided fast, precise, and fair service. The prices are lower than other stores, and many items are often on sale. The staff are warm, humble, and always give practical advice. 10/10 experience – thanks, Leo!

Bought my first gravel bike here and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail they showed while helping me find the perfect fit. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the right bike. If you're looking for a bike shop that truly cares and takes the time to help, I highly recommend Alpha Bikes. Thanks again to the whole team for a great experience!

This is legit one of the best bike shops in Munich. No ridiculous prices for service, pretty fast - the bike was ready to pick up the next day unlike in some other shops where you have to wait 3 weeks for them to change the chain. Also went spontaneously for a quick shifter adjustment that was done in 15 minutes. I can definitely recommend this shop either you want to buy a bike or need service. Top 👍

This happened a year ago and forgot to post something… The owner went out of his way to repair my tarmac SL7 (which I bought from them). Delivered it to a paint repair shop personally which is 3 hours away and was really nice throughout. Says a lot about the company. The staff are also really helpful and knowledgeable with the same customer focus. Great bike shop!
