The salon is ok. They get the job done. However, don’t expect any special treatment. They work like robots and they like to jump from one client to the other. For the same price you can go elsewhere where they treat you nice. Zero for customer service and the place doesn’t look clean and hygienic…

Booked a shellac manicure and pedicure online. Pedicure was amazing and as expected but I feel like I got overcharged on the manicure as she really only painted my nails, cuticles are still a wreck and no soak or massage of any sort :( Oh well, hopefully the paint job does a good job of lasting that’s my main focus anyway. I guess that’s a disadvantage of not speaking fluent German is not being able to speak up for myself during services and whatnot!

Everything was very good and the place is actually very clean. One suggestion, the new employed girl should be doing more as she is doing a perfect job and that very carefully. One thing just, one finger nail has too too much gel and it does not look good. All in all it is a very good place. But better tell them how exactly you like your nails done.

Great place to get your manicure. Very neat & thorough work, clean place and the staff is just super friendly. Definitely recommended.
