I am Italian so I tend do be particular with my pizza unfortunately. I don’t think making vegan pizza is revolutionary especially if you are used to be able to put what you want on top of your pizza without being charged more in Italy. But this pizza brings the vegan toppings on the next level. It is nice to be able to eat more complex pizza that are also vegan friendly. The dough is also amazing, the ingredients work well together and the portions are so large!! Definitely recommended

I liked the overall vybe of the place. The lower corners of the tables were particularly dangerous, my sister got a bruise. Regarding the food: photos looked great, however it was not matching the expectations. I tasted the Ida, no meatballs to be seen and overloaded with red onions. There was spicy minced meat inside though and the onions were spicy as well. Unfortunately there was no description it was spicy. My companions also complained their food was too spicy. The one that said it was spicy was ultra spicy so be aware. I guess is fine as long as you put some reference of how hot things are and people can decide. The Mezze appetiser was very good though. Dessert wise the Tiramusylu was nice and good, the chocolate hot stuff I found the icecream a bit too salty. It was interesting but a bit less salt would have been nice. Regarding the service: we had to wait about 30 min before someone finally came taking our order. Then if we needed something else it was very hard to get the waiters attention because they were pretty packed, but still probably one more person would have been nice. I guess overall I was just disappointed that my expectations and experience weren't met. It

Currently my No. 1 pizza spot in Berlin 🏅🍕 The pizza is absolutely beautiful—it feels like eating a work of art. Both the taste and the appearance are a perfect 10/10. I usually never eat crust but here it has such an incredible wheat aroma and flavor that I finished every bite. The sauces and ingredients are perfectly matched, and every combination is outstanding.

Had my 30th birthday dinner at Gemello and it was honestly perfect. We were a group of 11 people, and everything felt easy, warm and well organized. The atmosphere was intimate and stylish, the food was great, and the team was super kind and helpful with the reservation. It was exactly the kind of place I wanted for a small birthday dinner: cozy, beautiful, relaxed, but still special. Really happy I chose Gemello for this evening. Thank you so much 🤍

This is a must if you’re a pizza lover! Fully vegan spot (almost hard to believe it’s all vegan 😭 in the BEST way possible), very cool interior, super friendly staff, and last but definitely not least: unbelievably delightful food!! We didn’t have a reservation, but we got lucky and got seated anyway. I highly recommend making a reservation though, this place was PACKED!!! They open at 5pm, we came at 5:05pm and it was already super busy. We got the Sassy Caesar Salad and the Rosina pizza. Both were 100/10. We literally inhaled the food lol. Everything was flavorful, aesthetically pleasing, colorful, and sooo yummy. Guys, you are doing such a good job!! Can’t wait to come back ❤️ It’s definitely on the pricier side, but worth every $$$.
