I got a great haircut here, Martina was skilled and knew just what I needed. I’m pleased I tried this place and plan to return. I am greying naturally and she didn’t try to talk me into hair color, which stylists often do. Bonus points for that! She listened to my concerns about my hair, what I wanted, and gave me a great haircut. The shop is also in a great location.

Too pricy for thw lack of experience in coloring hair. I would not return here. I went here twice and left disappointed in the results. Last time, I worked with a Master Stylist !!! (by name only, girl had no clue about blonding) who asked me if I wanted ash blonde, I told her I did not want silver blonde so of that is what she means by ash blonde then no. Then she dries my hair and it looks white, I look 20 years older. She applied a new toner but the result was a lot darker than I had wanted and discussed with her. She gave me a haircut and cut double the agreed upon length. Now my hair is thinning further.

To say that I am shocked is to say nothing.. The employees do not know color very well, and do not understand how to make the color they ask for. I had to have Total Blonde. Lightening the roots and tinting them. I made the recording using the app. The price should have been 129€, it might be higher, it all depends on the hair. I'll attach all the photos. My hair is not thick, I needed to lighten it down to 1.5 cm of the roots. I came to the salon, the top stylist discussed with me what I wanted. He asked if I wanted a cold blonde, to which I answered no!!! I need to lighten my roots and tone them to match my length color. To which I was told that it was possible. The roots have been lightened, it’s time to tint. When the toning was washed off, the master called a top stylist and began to say something. I didn’t understand because I don’t know German. Next, they applied dye to the length of my hair, although I didn’t ask!!! The color turned out to be cold, and the color of the roots, in general... Had such a lovely experience here. Sarah is a wonderful stylist and human. She tried her best English for me. I get social anxiety, but she made me feel so comfy. Plus, my hair looks amazing. I am so happy that I choose this salon after my move from USA.
