I just give one star cause most staff is very friendly and they do a great job. Most issues of this hospital are just a reflection of the most clear systematic and cultural problems in Germany. My wife was advice to do a induced labor since she was already in the 40 week and she got gestational diabetes. We arrived a Wednesday, she start getting very strong contractions from 4 pm, they had her in CTG with a lot of pain for 9 hours, almost all the tkme jus tthe two of us, the midwives where in their business without coming to check us if we did not ask. After they gave her the epidural anestesia, the water broke but the baby was still far from coming down. At 1 am the oberarzt came to check snd she did was not sure what to do. First big red flag, they needed to call the main doctor who arrived quiet passed of the awful job the midwives and the oberarzt did. He ordered to do emergency c section to her, which came out very smoothly. The whole pain and lack of attention my wife lived there is beyond deplorable, three were 9 unnecessary hours of excruciating pain. I can see the place is deeply understaffed. You should know, that this clinic deletes negative reviews. I published a few weeks ago a review of my terrible experience giving birth there, waiting times etc, and they deleted it (as many businesses in Germany do).

I had a dream birth at Dr. Geisenhofer Klinik. The entire medical team was absolutely wonderful — so caring, attentive, and genuinely human. A huge thank you to Dr. Gunther and the incredible midwife who supported us. You made this experience truly exceptional.

I had surgery in this clinic and I would only recommend coming here! The surgeon, doctors, nurses and I would say from the reception to the discharge, everyone is caring, smiling and takes care of you attentively. I am happy to have my surgery in this clinic. Thank you to the surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses and all staff for doing his job with humility and for honoring my full trust, thank you to the nurses for listening and reassuring me. Finding a clinic with a healthy environment, humble and caring professionals was very important for me. Therefore, for me the Dr. Geisenhoffer Clinic is the best here in Munich. Thank you to all of you in this clinic!!!

I can only say the best about my experience at this clinic. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive - everything one could wish for in such a vulnerable moment. Dr. Stefanie Hecken, the nurses, the hygienists, absolutely everyone made sure that something as potentially traumatic as surgery went smoothly and without any negative experiences or memories.

I had surgery on May 26th for deep endometriosis and this clinic and the surgeon Dr. Reicke were recommended to me by a friend. Diagnosed 2 years ago after 10 years of medical wandering, waiting and pain, I can only recommend coming here, from the reception to the discharge, everyone is caring, smiling and takes care of you attentively. I am happy to finally be taken care of and above all heard. Thank you to the surgeon for doing his job with humility and for honoring my full trust, thank you to the nurses for listening and reassuring me. For me it was very important to find a clinic with a healthy environment, humble and caring professionals. I was supposed to have this surgery two years ago at another clinic but I refused because I wanted to take the time to find the best and for me the Dr. Geisenhoffer Clinic is the best here in Munich. A month ago, I had my first baby in this wonderful place. The birth was difficult, but everything went well for me and my daughter. This is entirely thanks to the amazing staff. The doctor and midwife were not only very professional but also kind and empathetic. During childbirth and recovery, women are very vulnerable. In this clinic, I felt supported, cared for, and received excellent medical help. Everyone I met spoke English, which was a big relief because I don’t speak German. I never had trouble understanding anything, and, most importantly, I never felt judged for not knowing the language (which has happened to me in other clinics). I want to thank everyone—from the head doctor, my gynecologist, the midwife, and the anesthesiologist to the lovely lady who cleaned my room every day. If I ever have another baby, it will definitely be here. This clinic is the best place for such an important moment in a woman’s life.

Our baby daughter was born here recently through a C-section birth and it was such a pleasant experience throughout! Right from the very start, my wife was made comfortable by the doctors and nursing staff and although she didn't speak German, it wasn't such a big deal as the staff took effort to converse in English. Our daughter was looked after with a lot of love and care, and all our initial questions and concerns were patiently heard and resolved. Post operative care for my wife was also very good, with the nursing staff being very friendly and supportive all throughout her recovery. Surprisingly, the hospital food was delightful too, despite us being vegetarians! A big thank you for making this such a beautiful experience and for all the care and love! 🤗
