Very disappointing experience with Formel Skin. Don’t buy!!!!!!! I ordered their treatment (cleanser, “leichte Pflege”, and two personalized formulas) and was not satisfied with the products at all. I also did not tolerate them well. One product was very sticky and cause my forehead to get more pimples. So, I cancelled within the 14-day period. Despite this, I was offered a refund of only €1.82. The main issue is how misleading the 14-day withdrawal policy is in practice. While it is advertised, most of the costs are excluded: * Medical consultation is non-refundable * Personalized formulas are non-refundable * Opened skincare products are effectively excluded So in reality, the “14-day right” is almost meaningless. On top of that, communication was unclear about stopping future shipments. I had to repeatedly insist that I do not want to receive any more deliveries, which is frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, this business model feels designed to minimize refunds rather than support customers. The combination of subscription, personalized products, and limited refund options creates a situation where customers have very little flexibility once they order.

Good products that actually work if you honor the prescription and schedule. Competent doctors who give you proper advice, how many ever times you teach out via chat. Even after stopping the service, they helped me figure out how to use my own products in a way that my skin remains healthy. However, I wasn't comfortable with a digital-only experience, which is why they lose a star.

My daughter and I both have rosacea, and after 4 months of using our formel kit, I can really see a difference. My daughter’s acne and redness have significantly reduced, while my skin looks brighter, firmer, and free from redness as well. I am extremely satisfied!

Disappointed with both the results and service. After 60 days of using the 2-month set daily, I saw no visible improvement on my skin at all. I was not given an opportunity to have a phone call with a dermatologist. And despite me following their policy, the customer support refuses to honor their money-back guarantee and process a refund. I've wasted time and money—can't recommend this to anyone.

I've been using their products now for 23 weeks, and I've been seeing consistent progress in my skin. I've never felt happier. Although everything has been online, and I've not seen the doctor once in real life, this is the best treatment I've ever gotten for my skin. I've always come across doctors that didn't listen to my concerns, or prescribed me the wrong products... But Formel Skin is different. They're great at what they do! You post pictures every month to record your progress, go through a little quiz to inform your doctor on what products she/he will prescribe you next, and you can obviously ask them any question, at any time. I've seriously never felt happier than I am now! I will continue using their services for a long long time. If you doubt that they can help you, all I can say is try it and see for yourself! You will be very, very pleasantly surprised!
