Ive been using this gym for more than two years, after the gym changed ownership to Fitness First the facilities have had absolutely no maintenance and they closed off the calisthenics area to do something else and it has been that way for the last 6 months with no visible progress. At least 10 different machines are broken and half of them dont have the weight pin anymore. The machines have been left this way since the ownership change.

If i can only give this Fitnessfirst Branch a Zero Star at all i would give it, young lady staff with eyeglass is so unfriendly, just askin wether they have Handtücher,( because i am a Fitnessfirst member since 2022 inclusiv with Handttuch, instead of Saying atleast Politely or "Professionally "sorry we dont have" , she answers like a Rude "No" without any given Explanation or atleast being polite or friendly its enuf,(w/c is understandable thats why they have a cheaper membership) which i discovered just now , this is my 2nd time after almost a year of not coming in this Branch there is still no change of that staff attitude.. their Log-in device doesnt recognized the Memb.Card from other Branch, just a Pure BadVibes , incovenience and thats it.. other Branches are so Friendly and you can feel u are welcome,

I had been training at this gym for over 7years when it was Fit one. During that time, the facility was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience changed after new staff members joined. I explained that I needed about one month before receiving my Wellpass access and asked whether I could continue training in the meantime. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, I was told not to come back until I had it. At the same time, I observed exceptions being made for other members, which I found unfair. Since my contract had ended and I did not want to commit to another one-year membership, I asked if I could simply pay for one month. Instead, I was charged €50 for a single week and then told not to return the following week. The way I was treated felt impolite, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After more than five years as a member, I expected much better customer service and consideration.

I really can't recommend it. There's tons of broken stuff. Most of the treadmills have slipping bands, many of the lockers are falling apart, and it takes them months to fix anything (there's a locker that's been broken since July). There was even broken glass in one of the saunas from a broken hourglass timer. It's fairly clean though and has a good selection of machines and free weights. Most of their clients are young men who sit on the machines without really using them and don't wear deodorant. One sauna is about 30 degrees. The other Sauna works, but it seems the lights are broken or not regularly turned on. That same sauna also has only one working Sauna timer Edit 01.02.2025: They have fixed some of the tredmills and fixed the light in the sauna. I will give them 1 more star

Staff at reception is poorly informed, gives underwhelming answers and is generally unhelpful. During lockdown the showers have been renovated with shelves for shower products (some of them fell down already), and towel hangers. The ventilation in the changing rooms is not good, it's either warm and humid or very cold. The course studio floor isn't cleaned properly. There is no guaranty there will be hot water to shower. Warm water is simply not available sometimes and the members don't even get informed! We find out when after standing naked in the cold shower room that there is no warm water. And the indifferent staff can't even put up a piece of paper to inform the members. The only good thing I can say about this gym is that some of the course trainers are excellent. Very poor management and client service.
