Incredible gym and wellness center. Fully equipped with all the machines one could need and not too crowded. Staff are all very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend :))

Today I tried the fitness first branch in Steglitz. Flo and Finn were very nice and kind in showing us the facility and explaining how it works. Very friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. Will def visit again

Very nice fitness club with excellent service — especially today (Sunday), the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Although some areas could use a bit of renovation, the atmosphere and people really make up for it. There’s a great pool and a sauna with access to the rooftop, which is a big plus. Definitely worth visiting. Thank you for the hospitality!

I must say that this gym is amazing in terms of equipment, coaches and the crowd too. I’ve been to one gym in Berlin before and I felt like the crowd was a bit aggressive and not too friendly. But here it didn’t feel like that. Special thanks to the trainer Tom who also made me feel very welcomed to the gym.

Generally it's a well equipped gym with a large variety of machines and the classes seem to be really popular. It's spacious and clean. When you forget your water bottle you are screwed, as there are no cups. Unlike in other gyms of this chain. The mix of people is good since they don't hang too much on their phones so you get to do your workout sequence. Some days the cleaning wipes are not filled up so you just go and search. One thing that must be a company standard is the forceful hellos and goodbyes. Not sure if they get a euro for it but I don't see it being something that needs to be done as many of us come with headphones and are trying to get in the zone. And I dont mean it in a way to be rude but I don't see there's an authentic approach by me or them. If they would be coming and asking how my workout goes or correct my bad form, yes sure. That's appreciated and I can build some sort of rapport on that. But don't yell at me hello if I don't even look at you. I've only ever been helped by Guelcan from the ladies gym. And that was with initiative. I am happy to come and workout nevertheless and i like that they have sort of emergency protein bars and shakes. More regular
