Our home would not have happened for us if it wasn't for Mr. Schmilling's efforts. In our case, it was a home mortgage along with insurance for an apartment in Berlin. Being an expat in Germany, we were denied mortgages by several banks as we didn't speak fluent German. Our previous attempts with three other consultants gave us limited options and with higher interest rates. Mr. Schmilling is thorough and well-versed in all aspects of his field. It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with Roth Finance and Herr Schmilling especially over the past few years. Initially recommended to us from friends who had an excellent experience when buying their house, we ended our first meeting a lot clearer on what possibilities were available to us and better informed about our general financial situation. Whilst it took us a long time to find a suitable property Herr Schmilling was always available if needed to give advice and even provided us with better access to online property search machine ThinkImmo. Herr Schmilling has a very friendly, professional and knowledgable way of communicating and is always a pleasure to deal with. As a British-German family his ability to switch between English and German was also useful when getting into some of the more technical details. Once we found the property we were seriously interested in, all the "complicated" and "difficult" stuff didn't seem so "complicated" or "difficult" with Herr Schmilling advising and assisting throughout the whole process. We got in touch with Herr Schmilling of Roth Finanz through a personal contact and we are so glad we did! Having recently relocated to Berlin, we spent almost 18 months searching for a house/apartment to buy/build - that's how many offers/tries it took but Herr Schmilling was always so patient, supportive and professional throughout this long process. Being an expat, I was very new to not only the language but also how a lot of the different institutions and systems worked here in Germany. Herr Schmilling was always more than willing to assist us (especially me), walking us through very clearly the specifics of our financing options etc. We're very lucky to have had the change to work with Herr Schmilling and Roth Finanz and will not hesitate in recommending them to others!

We got in touch with Finanz- GmbH Roth as we were looking to finance an apartment we bought. Mr Schmilling is a very friendly and professional advisor. Compared to others we spoke to and thanks to him being independent, he has access to a broad variety of banks and can therefore find the best possible options. No matter whether it's early in the morning or in the evening, he's always responsive and calling on the go is no problem. Moreover his English is very good which is why we would also highly recommend him to anyone who is not a German speaker yet.
