We only stayed in the cafe / restaurant but it was wonderful, we got treated very well and we felt like staying here next time that we are in the area.

From the moment I arrived at Feuriger Tatzelwurm, we were absolutely blown away. This resort is truly a slice of paradise! The stunning architecture, nestled perfectly within its breathtaking natural surroundings, creates an atmosphere of tranquility and charm. Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed, making it both luxurious and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights was the affordability of the dining experience. The food is not only delicious and beautifully presented, but the prices are refreshingly reasonable for a resort of this caliber. Every meal felt like a gourmet adventure without the hefty price tag. The spa and amenities are top-notch, offering the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you’re soaking in the views, enjoying the spa treatments, or simply wandering the resort’s picturesque grounds, every moment feels magical. The staff is warm, attentive, and eager to ensure every guest feels special. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a destination that combines beauty, luxury, and affordability, Feuriger Tatzelwurm is the place to be. Highly, highly recommend!

I loved everything (reception, spa, cat, my peace and relaxation) until I encountered the waiter with no hair. On 2 occasions I saw and heard him treat other staff rude and speak down to them - in front of guests!!! That’s a NO-GO. It made me feel so uncomfortable, that all relaxations from the sauna and my appetite were gone again. Sorry, you have to find new staff that’s not ruining the vibe for everyone…

Hotel location is Perfect, rooms are great. Service is terrible. I asked if it was possible to fulfill my glass of bottle with water and they asked me to fulfill it in the bathroom with a terrible attitude. For a 4star hotel I would expect the staff to be a little nicer and be able to solve a basic need like providing water. I would not come again.
