I don't like this at all, other than the fact that they come to your home, from my personal opinion and trying it atleast twice, the doctors are not very good. plus they charge so much more than normal vet, they say that their prices are normal but they are not trust me. And most important part is, the felmo support service is very bad, they never get back to you even if you submit your problem.

Very friendly, calm, and empathetic vet. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and treated my cat very gently. He stayed calm during the examination and let her do her job without scratching, which says a lot. You could tell she is very good with animals. I felt reassured and very happy after the visit.

I'm so grateful for Dr. Mahmoud Aly for coming to check on my dog and helping her. This was the smoothest visit and she is doing much better. He gave me care on the spot, plus helped me schedule a follow-up appointment. I really appreciate Dr. Aly and the Felmo team! We hope to see Dr. Aly again - thanks again!!

The Felmo employee was was very nice and professional. However, I had to restrain my 2 cats for the whole time they were being groomed. The cut ended up being very uneven. Then the bill came and I was astounded at the ridiculous costs which "could not be quoted" before the appointment according to the webpage, and were not mentioned at the appointment.
