Fellzone

Had an appointment for months in advance with Fellzone. We had previously taken our cat to Kerstin and drove one hour to our appointment. We called her 3 times to tell her that we were running late. She didn’t answer as she usually doesn’t pick up the phone. She declined our appointment and told us she was just doing a poodle and that she wouldn’t be able to dry my cat’s coat in an hour. However, we were minutes late. Overall I can’t give Kerstin a good review because I personally feel as though she should’ve handled the situation better. A good groomer, with poor communication, and a generally unfriendly personality. Unfortunately we will have to keep looking and I would not recommend. *Please see additional response to owner in screenshots below.

Kerstin did an amazing job with my 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier! My baby does not like getting groomed and is by nature a very anxious girl. Kerstin was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to make my dog feel comfortable and get the best cut possible. A plus for me is that Kerstin speaks English! Having just moved to Germany from the US this year, communication at times can be difficult, but that was not the case during our appointment. Thank you Kerstin for making me feel at ease and loving on my baby.
