I have been a patient of Dr. Kigitsidou for several years now, and I can confidently recommend her. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, always taking the necessary time to conduct a thorough medical examination and explain everything clearly. Beyond the medical expertise, the entire team is professional and welcoming. The practice is modern with a calm, inviting atmosphere, and I especially appreciate that the appointment booking process is straightforward and efficient. Frau Kigitsidou is the best dermatologist, I've ever had. Why? because she patiently listens to you and she does her very best to accommodate your needs. Whether it is prevention or aesthetics, she has achieved wonderful results and saved me from a white melanoma too. I can absolutely recommend her. Also, the lady, (Manuela) at the front desk is really nice and helpful. More than 5 stars for this praxis!!! @Afroditi Kiritsi, - I brought a friend to this praxis and she doesn't have a private health insurance..she got an appointment right away!

**with an update down At first meeting i was so positive with the Doctor. Have to pay 75€ for the Sprechstunde but it's normal for a private praxis. Three days afterwards i had allergy reactions from the doctor's prescribed antibiotic cream, it could happens to anyone. But the sad thing is that they don't even bother with you anymore. I sent an Email to report my condition, they gave me a brief phone call on Friday afternoon said that i should discontinued the cream. That's it. Next day i have break out all over my face & neck, flaky & red skin and it was so itchy. Ended up at emergency service and get help there. Sent another Email to ask what should i do? Today is Tuesday and i received no answer. Through the schedule i should have an IPL next monday. Canceled all of the future schedule, because no thanks i am not gonna let someone who clearly don't have interest to help. Not even clear my skin aesthetically, but as a dermatologist. **Update The Doctor called me not long after i posted this. Apparently there are problem with their Email, so my Email somehow ended up in the Trash without getting answered. She gave me a new recipe to handle the allergies and offering to check it

Do your skin a favour and go see Dr Kigitsidou! I struggled with acne since I was a teen and I'm so grateful that it's finally over. I saw Dr Kigitsidou for the first time in Feb 2021 - honestly the best decision I ever took. She took her time, asked questions and examined my skin carefully and thoroughly. She recommended appropriate products for my skin type (from a cleanser to serums and sunscreen) and to my relief did not prescribe antibiotics as all the doctors before her did! Instead, I got bi-weekly peelings that had led to a visible improvement shortly after. My skin reacted very positively to the treatment and Dr Kigitsidou monitored the progress carefully. Now we're working on my acne scars and I'm confident that we'll fix that issue as well. The only thing I regret is not having seen her earlier, it would have avoided years of bad skin days. Thank you again, Dr Kigitsidou!
