We tried the Saw escape room the day after Halloween, and it was a fantastic experience. As fans of the movie series, we really appreciated how well the atmosphere captured the tone and intensity of Saw. There were plenty of challenging puzzles, and the sense of urgency to escape kept us fully immersed from start to finish. The staff member explained everything well in both german and english. Highly recommend!

Game: Zombie lab We love going to escape rooms and this one had the most stars so we decided to give it a try. First off, as foreigners we had difficulties in the start already with the game master, since while booking you cannot pre-specify that you’d like to have the game on english (something the owner could improve on). First part of the game was in German since it took them time to set the voice over on English, which made me, the one who doesn’t understand German, a bit frustrated but at least my partner understood it so we didn’t waste time. We had difficulties getting hints from the game master since all the communication goes over a walkie-talkie and his English wasn’t that clear for us to understand it over the broken signal of the walkie-talkie. The game itself however was really interesting, mix of locks, tech stuff and moving things around was really fun and something new. Wasn’t too hard but also not too easy, just perfect for those who’ve already been to a few escape rooms. We wished to come back again but were hesitant due to the fact that I don’t speak German and we can’t really announce that while booking it on their website.

had a great team event there - good fun; personnel very friendly and speaking perfect english; prices very reasonable; only improvement I would suggest is for the staff to make a more extension de-briefing with team after the experience (and not just send people off and ask to come back to do another room)

Despite asking and confirming several times for a game and explanations in English, unfortunately, all the hints and the explanation of the the game was in German. Nevertheless, they recognized the misunderstanding and invited us again to enjoy the full experience in English. The experience was so cool and we could escape in time! But my 5 stars are definitely due to they recognized their error and focused on having happy customers. That’s something that not all the companies do. Awesome service! :)
