Very friendly staff and quick to respond. One of the few rental places where you don't feel they are trying to scam you.

We booked a car one week in advance, fully prepaid through the Booking platform. The pick-up time was set for 11:00, and the booking stated that the car could be collected within one hour, meaning between 11:00 and 12:00. Due to a Deutsche Bahn train delay, we arrived at the pick-up location at 12:05. Unfortunately, we were informed that the car had already been given to another customer because of our delay. We were only 5 minutes late from the agreed time (12:00), yet the company refused to provide an alternative vehicle or offer any solution. We contacted Booking to request a refund, but received a response that Enterprise refused to issue it, claiming we were 70 minutes late, even though the actual delay was only 5 minutes. As a result: • We did not receive the service we paid for. • We were not offered any alternative. • The money (€85) was not refunded. • There was no call or attempt to check our plans before giving away the car we had reserved and fully paid for to another customer. This caused great disappointment and ruined our vacation. We would like to highlight the complete lack of customer orientation: the company did not even try to consider the actual circumstanc

From before I walked in the door my experience started. I was lost finding my way to the entrance and the team saw me through their windows (which was embarrassing for me lol). By the time I was at the front door they were there and ready for me with a warm welcome. I had an A+ experience here. Unfortunately, I am struggling to remember everyone's names (it was a long trip), there was a taller gentlemen and another with great hair. Their professionalism and assistance were top class. i even made a mistake during the payment process which would have been a huge issue for me in the long run but they corrected it smoothly. We also needed an upgrade to a compact SUV and the car was perfect for our needs. It also handled the rain very well. Even the drop off process at the Munich airport was great. Was a smooth entry and the attendant, Ben, was very kind and helpful. We were happy to work with. Overall an A+ experience. There are plenty of car rental companies and at the end of the day they're all the same. But THIS is how you make a loyal customer, with people like this. Thanks everyone for your help.

Very nice personnel, professional approach. The car was taken clean and tidy. Even though the car was delivered from my side with a small delay, it was no issue from Company side. Special thanks to Jo-Ann and Jonas. It was a pleasure to cooperate with you.

I have been an Enterprise customer for more than three years. Last Friday, I went to this branch to collect the rental car, then I realized that the AC was broken. I called them and they advised me to go to Nuremberg airport to get a substitute car where they gave me the keys and told me where the car is parked. I didn't have the chance to inspect the car before signing the handover as they were closing. I returnded the car on Sunday, and the next day they sent me a damage report which I'm pretty sure was there before I rented the car. They charged me 850 Euros for a damage I didn't cause. This is how one loses a customer forever..
