The Enterprise representatives at the office near the main train station in Munich were very friendly and helpful. We feel we got a good deal as we were renting the car for three weeks. The car was clean and performed well. The return process was quick and easy.

Disrespectfully, the people working here are not worth the air conditioning of the sketchy telephone repair shop they work in. I paid online in advance for a "BMW 3 series or similar," yet, when I got there, I was offered a VW Tiguan as an "upgrade." You may as well call your customers stupid to their face, as no self-respecting German auto enjoyer would ever consider these two cars as equal, much less an upgrade. Speaking to the staff was unhelpful as they declined to refund the difference between the two cars, and refused to give us the car we ordered, despite it being on the lot (they claimed it was damaged). It took around two hours of arguing for them to finally fold and give us the car we paid for at a different location. Therefore, if you ever have the misfortune of dealing with this location, stand your ground or refund your money and take your business elsewhere. Of course, while this all happens, they will try to pressure and upsell you on optional damage insurance. When I declined and told them about my credit card rental insurance, they admitted in German between themselves that it didn't matter and they wouldn't touch the matter if it came down to it. I would give a 0 if possible, and much less than that for that matter. I have never experienced worse customer service and bigger scammers in my life. I arrived at the pick-up office on-time at 14:30 on May, 21st 2026 and we had already fully paid for a car which we reserved online months ago. The people working at the desk, Max and another gentleman, attempt to convince me that first I was upgraded(the car they tried to give me was most certainly not an upgrade in terms of price-quality). I refused the car and spent nearly two hours at their office arguing with them and later their manager Jannik came out to speak with me. First he told me they did not have the car, then when I reluctantly went into their parking garage with the keys to the replacement car I saw the car we booked parked inside. I went back to the office and demanded an explanation and we continued to argue in which they first told me that car was undergoing maintenance service, then I asked for another BMW from the airport and the manager Jannik told me there were no cars available there. This location has charged my group over €2000 for an unknown reason after we initially paid for the car (and their €250 mystery fee on pick up) and have refused to provide any information or receipts to justify the charges. They refuse to talk to us and they have blocked our numbers. Additionally, when we came to pick up the BMW we rented, they claimed that upgraded us to a VW Tiguan, which is not an upgrade. It took us two hours of arguing before they admitted that the airport location had the car we rented. Before admitting to us that they had it, the manager, Jannik, lied and told us that no locations had it. We were made to drive all the way to the airport to receive it. The Tiguan also had previous damage, as shown below. Horrible customer service, and are more than willing to scam and lie to you. Go to a different location or use a different service. And they will likely respond with the same copy paste message that they have replied to other one star reviews with, showing further the poor customer service.

I booked a rental car through Expedia at this Enterprise Rental location. The pickup desk is inside the Vodafone store and there is no signage outside the store so you will need to use your GPS to locate the entrance. Max processed all the paperwork and gave me instructions on where to pick up the car and where to drop it off. He was very friendly and efficient and the whole admin piece was done in no time. The parking garage is about a 5 minute walk away and houses cars for many other rental car brands in addition to Enterprise. I hired a midsize vehicle and was allocated a VW T-Roc which was perfect for my needs. My rental was just for one day, 8am to 8am the following morning as I wanted to drive to Neuschwanstein. I ended up returning the car at approximately 6pm the same day and the return process was straightforward and easy. I had no problems renting from this location and would happily return the next time I am in Munich.
