Ich bin seit vielen Jahren, wenn nicht sogar Jahrzehnten, Patientin in dieser Praxis und rundum begeistert. Die Praxis ist hervorragend organisiert, die Wartezeiten sind stets außergewöhnlich kurz und Termine werden zuverlässig eingehalten. Die Dermatologin ist äußerst kompetent, gründlich und vertrauenswürdig. Ich habe mich dort immer bestens beraten und behandelt gefühlt. Für mich eine Praxis, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Ich war letzte Woche hier den einen stern gibts da man sehr schnell ein Termin bekommt aber das ist auch das einzige positive Ich hatte meinen erst Termin also bin ich früher gekommen da ich mein Papierkram ja erledigen muss ich war also um 9:15 da mein Termin war um 9:45 Ich hab also gerne bis 45 gewartet und auch bis 10:00 war völlig okay nun um 11:00 kam ich dann endlich dran nachdem ich mir eine Stunde anhören lassen musste wie die Damen an der Rezeption die ganze zeit sich über irgendwelche Patienten oder sonstige Leute lustig machen. Die Ärztin ist das nächste Problem Redet nur in Fachbegriffen das man sich absolut dämlich vorkommt hört einem nicht zu und quatscht rein ich hab gehofft endlich die lösung für mein Hautproblem zu finden leider ist das nur eine Ärztin für symptom behandlung und nicht ursachenbekämpfung. Leider ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis

Just called to ask if I need an appointment, and the receptionist was very rude and hung up the phone, I don’t recommend.

I would definitely not recommend this doctor. I left her cabinet with a very bitter taste. I wish I would've read the Google reviews beforehand. I needed a simple skin screening. I've had such screenings before, in the previous cities I've lived in. The way this one was performed, the way she addressed amd handled me was dismissive and demeaning. She seemed to be attacked by the fact that I wanted to share my results from the past with her. (I was always told by the previous docs that I'm fine but I should keep an eye on certain spots, so this was my intent now as well: get a confirmation that, compared to the last screening, I'm still very much fine). The previous doctors would use a magnifying glass with a light as well as a high resolution camera with a measurement device, to check certain spots. She only used her naked eye, for a fraction of a second for each spot, in a normally lit room. The whole 5 minutes I spent in her office, she defended herself of an accusation I have never (verbally) made, talked down to me and even mocked the movements I was doing. I guess this was her way of being funny and reassuring.

Kindly don't see her. The office seemed clean and the wait time was not long, but I was spoken down to the whole time, was incorrectly diagnosed and rushed out. She said things in an utmost bored and very condescending tone and avoided diagnosing or even looking at properly an all body rash and just said it was probably an allergy. When asked if it was more like a contact allergy from the environment or possibly a food allergy, she looked at my palms and sighed asking if I saw any symptoms on my palms, where they would come in contact with a chemical. I was puzzled. Despite speaking excellent German and being very respectful, I left with more questions than I had had before. Welcome to the wonderous itching world of scabies (die Krätze)...to be diagnosed weeks later. Tempted to post the all body scabies rash. Maybe she would look at it this time for longer... She did give me some free samples for lotion though.
