I recently had my first experience at this clinic, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I encountered a minor setback with the receptionist initially refusing to accommodate me on the same day. However, my concerns were quickly addressed when Dr. Christina Quack intervened personally. Despite the initial hiccup, Dr. Christina's reassuring demeanor put me at ease as she assured me that I would be taken care of. Dr. Christina's professionalism and friendliness were evident from the moment she greeted me. Her expertise shone through as she conducted a thorough examination and addressed all of my concerns with precision and clarity. Not only did she provide me with the necessary treatment, but she also took the time to answer all of my questions, leaving me feeling informed and reassured about my health. Overall, my experience at this clinic was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to Dr. Christina's exceptional care and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of medical assistance. Dr. Christina Quack is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the healthcare profession, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been under her care. I

One has to be very persistent to reach them via phone, nobody picks up for hours. Eventually they answered and asked me to come over at 8:30 am the week after, which I did. After 2 hours of waiting and checking the status I was told there are still 9 patients before me and that the doctor might not see me until they close for lunch. Waiting there I realized they have the same approach with the other patients. Extremely unprofessional all in all, I don’t recommend this doctor because of the negative experience before even meeting her.

I was there 3 weeks ago on Friday for picking up my doctor prescription. The moment I entered the door and till I walked out , no single words from the lady staff who is on duty that day. I even said twice ' tschüss!' to her , she just ignored me. I would say, she is the most unfriendly staff that I ever met!

Quite crowded place and hard to get an appointment. Although we got earlier than our appointment and we were invited to the cabinet right on time, the doctor took another 30 Minutes to come. Other than that, Dr. Quack speaks German and Romanian.

It’s a pity that I didn’t even get to see the dr! The nurse called a month ago to reschedule the Termin for today and when I arrived today she told me she didn’t have my number. I told her she called before otherwise I would not be here today. She told me it’s not her fault. It’s not about anyone s fault. It’s she had called before to change the Termin and now she said she did not have my number to tell me dr is not in today! They are so unprofessional and I made the termin since April! Three month later and still not to able to see her! Don’t bother to come and you will not be able to see her ! The front desk girls shouldn’t be there at all!
