I’ve had the joy of collaborating with Martin and Lydia at their 5 Elements festival for two consecutive years, and joining their Ayurveda and Yoga retreat in Goa. They bring so much warmth, positivity and heart to what they do, and gather wonderful people - both the teachers and musicians they work with and the participants who come along. The two-week Goa retreat was wonderful. I loved the balance of shared activities and freedom: daily yoga was on offer, we enjoyed brunch together, and there was plenty of time to relax on the beach, explore or simply have space to ourselves. There was a lovely sense of community, with people to share meals, evenings out and music with, while still being free to follow your own rhythm. The Ayurvedic consultations and treatments were deeply nourishing, and I left feeling healthier, relaxed and realigned. Having also worked alongside Martin and Lydia, I’ve seen the care and effort they put into their events, and how they go above and beyond when challenges arise. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with them, and I wholeheartedly recommend their retreats and events.

I had a wonderful experience at this yoga studio. The space is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and practice. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed my time here and left feeling refreshed and inspired. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a warm, positive, and beautiful place to practice yoga.

Ich kann die Yogalehrerausbildung bei den Glücksbringern von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen! Ich bin so froh und dankbar für die Zeit bei euch, in der ihr mich ermutigt habt, mich einfach zu trauen und über mich hinauszuwachsen. In der Ausbildung hab ich so viel gelernt - über Yoga, übers Unterrichten und Anleiten der Asanas, über die dahinterstehende Philosophie und nicht zuletzt über mich selbst. Ich bin in der Zeit bei euch in vielerlei Hinsicht gereift und hab gelernt, dass Yoga viel mehr als eine körperliche Praxis ist und auch bedeutet, flexibel auf herausfordernde Situationen reagieren zu können und im Vertrauen zu bleiben. Und das hat sich auch auf andere Lebensbereiche übertragen! Danke für die vielen wertvollen Impulse, die ihr uns während der Ausbildung gegeben habt. Danke für die Räume, die ihr geschaffen und gehalten habt, in denen wir uns öffnen und ehrlich zeigen konnten. Danke für den bunten Blumenstrauß an unterschiedlichen Dozenten, von denen wir lernen durften und die uns vermittelt haben, dass jeder Einzelne auf seine ganz eigene Art und Weise etwas zu geben hat und dass auch wir uns mit unserer ganzen Persönlichkeit ins Unterrichten einbringen dürfen - genau so,
