DeutschAkademie München

For me, the most important thing in a language school is the teacher. If the teacher is good, almost everything else becomes secondary. My experience with DeutschAkademie was mixed at the beginning. The first teacher I had was unfortunately not good at all, and I was very disappointed. However, what impressed me was that the academy has a flexible system that allows students to change classes if they are not satisfied with their teacher. Thanks to this, I was able to switch classes and, on my third attempt, I was assigned to Ms. Sabine Kurz. Ms. Sabine Kurz is simply excellent. She is knowledgeable, patient, engaging, and knows how to explain even difficult topics in a clear and understandable way. I was also very satisfied with the administrative support. The staff always responded to my questions quickly and helped me with all my requirements in a professional manner.

Just took the TELC exam at DeutschAkademie and I passed, so they did a good job. As background I've taken all my German courses here, either online or in person as my schedule permitted. For the German exam in particular, which is new to DA, it was very well organised and prepared. Follow the preparation emails and you can't go wrong. I was particularly impressed by how well they prepared me for the exam, giving lots of updates and helpful hints.

Amazing place to learn German. The courses are well structured, the teachers are excellent, and the location is very convenient. I have completed two courses with Anela and have made great progress. She explains grammar in a practical way, uses plenty of dynamic repetition, and makes sure everyone understands the topics before moving on. What I especially appreciate is the variety in her classes: speaking practice, self-study activities, games, and exercises that make learning engaging and intuitive. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my German and would highly recommend this academy.

I’d like to leave a special thanks to Iris, who was my teacher for four months during the intensive online courses from A1 to A2. I truly believe that a good teacher makes all the difference, and Iris is the perfect example of that! Patient, warm and welcoming, I was never afraid of making mistakes or asking silly questions. I felt like I was making real progress while truly enjoying the classes. A huge thanks to her! Thank you to DeutschAkademie as well! They are incredibly fast at answering emails and truly care about your satisfaction. The new online course platform works seamlessly. I would recommend this school without hesitation if you are seriously committed to learning German.

A special thank you to our teacher Caroline – she explains everything clearly, creates a positive learning atmosphere, and makes the lessons engaging and motivating. The course is very well organized, and the materials are helpful. I would definitely recommend DeutschAkademie to anyone who wants to improve their German in a supportive and professional environment.
