I went there off my super busy schedule. I booked a short hair appointment. Apparently my hair was too long and is classified as long hair, which it isn’t, they just wanted to charge more calling it long. It’s barely 5 inches long, then what do you call for hair that reaches ones shoulder on men?. So there were 2 stylists/ barbers there. The moment i walked in, they didn’t even pay any attention may be because am brown🤣 I stood for a minute in front of them and then introduced myself and then they told me to take a seat- Weird and great customer service! Like you don’t even look at your customers when they come in? Now that i booked the wrong appointment the guy i booked early apparently can’t cut my “ long hair ” and the guy who does it has other appointments. I planned a whole day for nothing and was ready to pay more for this “ long hair cut “ Why would one work in a barber shop if he can cut only short hair? May be he just wasn’t interested in cutting the hair of a foreigner. I simply took my business elsewhere and got a beautiful flow haircut for way cheaper too. Big thanks to Samet, I'm very happy with my cut. He is a very friendly person and asked obsessively if I liked my cut and did last trims according to that. He also speaks Turkish which has been a big plus for me 😃

Chris is an amazing barber! Really friendly, super professional, and he knows how to fade. Every cut is clean, sharp, and exactly what I ask for. Sehr sympathisch und einfach ein richtig guter Typ. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut!

Chris is definitely one of the best barbers in Ingolstadt. His fade cut is absolutely good! I also appreciate that he takes the time with my haircut when other barbers would have rushed to get me out the door. They also have an online booking system 5 stars. 👍🏼
