I had a very disappointing experience with Decathlon’s bike repair service. I brought my bike in because I had a flat tire and simply needed the inner tube replaced. I was told that the repair would take two days and would be done on site. Instead, my bike was sent away and kept for almost three weeks because they decided to carry out an inspection that I had never requested. It was important for me to have my bike back within the promised two days, and I did not ask for or want an inspection. I also do not understand why such an inspection should take almost three weeks. To make matters worse, my bike is electric, and when I finally got it back, a new problem had appeared. As soon as I switched the bike on, the headlight indicator started flashing constantly, regardless of whether the light itself was on or off. This issue did not exist before I handed the bike over. I was then told that they could send the bike away again to fix the problem — but that it would take another FOUR WEEKS. So I am now expected to wait another month for them to repair a problem that apparently occurred while they were carrying out an inspection I never asked for in the first place. The original tw

This is a large store with a lot of sporting equipment and shoes to match. I was able to get some hiking equipment. The one negative is that I was there for 30 minutes and not a single sales person asked if I needed help.

I went to the other decathlon a couple blocks away to return something bought a few days ago, but without the receipt they said only store credit, so they directed me to this location as it has more selection. The employee there was very helpful to try to find the original transaction based on my bank statement, but was unsuccessful and so called his manager to see what else he could do. The manager refused even store credit without a receipt, which is a new one. Requiring a receipt is such an antiquated request when most places are able to look it up with the card you used, and the manager's unwillingness to even grant an exchange was unreasonable for such a big chain. Do better Decathlon. Keep up with the modern technological conveniences

Very disappointing experience. My bike's brakes were broken, and I was told the repair would take about one week and that I would receive an email once it was ready. After 3 weeks, I still hadn't received any update. When I called, I was informed that the bike had not been repaired yet due to some issue. The staff at the service point said they didn't know the reason and that all I could do was wait. While the employee I spoke with was polite and I understand that the situation was not their fault, the lack of communication and the long delay are unacceptable. Being left without any updates for weeks is very frustrating. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I popped in to get some jogging tops. Great choice, with prices to suit most pockets. I loved the check out system - fully automated - you don't even need to scan the items in your basket!
