It's quite clear from the reviews I saw here how bad a store this is .the guy at the information is terrible at whatever his job is.we the customers pay his salary the least thing you can do is be polite even if you don't know anything about it.never again

We want to thank Björn for all this help and patience today, whilst we were buying a kayak and all the accessories. It was crazy busy in the store, made worse with children riding on bikes, scooters and having temper tantrums, but despite being busy Björn was able to help us. Thank you so much! I faced an extremely rude behavior by one of the employees at information/service point. I wanted to buy a second hand cycle and the person at information/service desk first declined to help and understand if the purchase can be done through app, he later refused to sell the cycle to me at the counter directly even without using app. I had to call the manager and complain about the person. I felt a bit discriminated by this decathlon employee. The manager later helped me purchase the cycle. I also submitted a written complaint using the QR code shared by the store manager but I haven’t received any update from Decathlon about any action against such behavior till now.

Our Cargo bike is in repair since 6 weeks and we are not getting any feedback when it will be back. Quite disappointed by the customer service and repair service as you can imagine.

Great Store, the best Decathlon we have been to. Especially Ben was such a great guy, great consultant / expert that helped us with all his expertise. He knows everything about ski gear, shoes, skis etc. We bought new gear for 2 of our kids and an adult. Highly appreciated and recommended!
