Really liked the store. Has a lot of quality brands but be prepared cause it’s pricey. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Staff works with you 1 on 1 to find your right fit and style! This chain has been one of the best experience in a while. Great for buying jeans when you don’t know your best fit or while trying to switch styles! Nice and big variety of good known brands available in this location is a huge plus. That being said, service in this specific store was not as good as in other chain locations.

Nowadays you have pants that rip after a few weeks or the materials start thinning and for every little service they expect money. No longer a happy customer. They stamp your pants and act surprised when the Ink washes out after washing as if that's not to be expected. Furthermore items bought on sale are excluded from the guarantee meaning you DO not get free repairs and have to pay at least 20€. After 20+ years of being a customer, no more. I will never shop here again or recommend it to anyone that I actually like.

Never too crowded. The service is good and everyone is very nice. Potential- They could broaden they collection of clothes and brands. Preferably to brands that you cannot find anywhere else in the city. I think more indie, surfer and ethnic brands will really go with their style. And would be a hit, In my opinion.

Awesome store, great collection of European brands. Best place to buy jeans, lots of brand option to compare fitting & prices. Friendly staff with good knowledge of fashion & fittings. Prices: May sound expensive specially to people hopping from USA\Canada also Autralia. European brands no doubt have good quality & trendy fittings with really good choice of colours, but they are definitely expensive, fashion shopping of any kind is expensive overall in Europe, best part is you can ask for Tax reimburse stamping on receipt at the store and the taxes are refunded to you when you are leaving the country. Staff could learn greeting people :) All good otherwise.
