The gym is ok, not the most modern one but it was the closest one to my place. Why did I signed up here? Because I specifically asked for a contract that I will renew monthly, so that they won't make me pay if I will just stop to go there. Guess what?! They lied about that and now, in December, eventhough I didn't go to the gym, I have to pay for this month because it is renewing automatically. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM, not because it's not that modern, but because of their stuff that is not well prepared and it's lying to you. Reply to your response: Yes, the contract was in german, but when you ask someone clearly if you have to cancel your subscription, shouldn't that person say to you this? That means lying, and let's be honest, do you always read line by line in a contract? Furthermore, a contract that is not in your language or a language that you understand good?

They lied to me when I was about signing a two year contract that I could transfer my contract when I move to another city, only for me to move to another city and wasn't possible. And during this period, they kept deducting the fee and told me it was only possible to end it if I signed a new contract in my new city. So I left from a 19 euros contract monthly in Regensburg to a a 32 euros 1 year contract in my new city. That's not contract transfer, it's theft. For those who have been lied that your contact can be transferred, I'm telling you now that it can't. It's either the workers are ignorant or they intentionally lie to lure people into signing

Super gym! I especially enjoy the Pole Dance classes, which are included in the premium monthly subscription and thus are way cheaper than at any studio nearby, with an amazing instructor and community. Overall there’s a lot of variety when it comes to equipment and areas, which explains why it’s often quite crowded. But that ain’t a problem if you’re not coming during the rush hours. The staff is quite chill and friendly as well, so it definitely deserves 5 stars ✨ Only critical point might be the bathrooms in the women’s locker room, the flushing takes multiple attempts to work properly and it’s not always very clean.

Great gym. Great value for price. Clean and Well equipped. Trainers can be a bit more friendly. No bad experiences for me in 2 years.

This place for sure worth only one star, if not zero stars. They proved it one more time. First of all, the employees are very rude and unfriendly. Second, I went there yesterday, on Sunday, and they tell me that the bank transfer did not go through. I said: "ok, let me find out what happened in the bank and pay you next time, because I did not know that it happened and did not bring money with me." They said that they have sent me a letter to my address, but it was Sunday and on Saturday I did not receive any letter. So, they did not let me train! What is wrong with this place?! I signed the contract that I would pay, and I will not run from this payment. I understand that the bank transfer did not happen, but they could understand my situation and let me in, and I would pay all the bill today - the next day on Monday - and it would be win-win situation for both of us! But NO, they have to be rude and disappoint me one more time! This is how they treat their potential clients.
