OK for most, there are far better options NOGO if you have mobility issues. Snacks: Popcorn tastes like store bought. NOT like cinema popcorn. Just cold popcorn exactly like the stuff you get at the grocery store. Design: Clean nothing fancy but fine. Audio: Ok nothing special Video: see above. Service: plain awfull. There are multiple counters each doing everything. We already had tickets snd wanted snacks. We arrived 40 minites early and had to waited in a line inch behing people selecting their seats, deciding which movie to visit and so on. After 35 minutes we cleared aboit halff of the line. (My wife managed to get popcorn later, after the movie started thanks to a lovely lady waiting with us in line) My wide wanted to go to tge restroom but to do that you need a qr code which you get at the countet we waited at. So we went for the elvelator since I am in a wheelchair. To use it you need to ask someone. At the counter we waited at. For 35 minutes. We skipped line and managed to flag someone down and waited. And waited. Just when I decided I would have to crawl up the stairs someone showeed up. If you are in a wheelchair you can not sit next to a single person. There are

My family and I have booked and paid for a movie online. We have arrived, bought popcorn and drinks, sat in the proper cinema hall. We saw all of the commercials, and a Cinestar person even came to offer us ice-cream for the movie. After all of the commercials, there was just a blank screen for 20 minutes. I asked around what was happening and was told by a Cinestar employee that the movie should start soon. It didn't. After 40 minutes another person approached us and told us that the movie is cancelled, and that I have received an email from Cinestar about that (I did, but I didn't see the email on time). They have offered us money back, but that's not much of a comfort when you plan a whole evening for your family, and you spend it by staring at a black screen while Cinestar is telling you that the movie will start any minute. My fault is that I didn't see their email on time, but I am very surprised that Cinestar even offers a movie online, with the option to book it and pay for it, without knowing if they can actually play it. I think it would be fair for everyone to be aware that it is obviously possible to choose a movie, pay for it, plan the whole evening, arrive on time

Go to Cinemaxx and Save your Money and Time. Terrible sound and Soulless Theater with stiff seats and Worthless management 1. Sound is terrible and set to an ultra low volume 2. The screen has a 4:3 aspect ratio. Looks terrible and is not curved. 3. Theater lacks Soul. My university lecture rooms had better acoustics and design. 4. Movie tickets and snacks are expensive. 5. The seats are stiff. They are designed to look grand but not for sitting comfortably. 6. Need to stand in Long popcorn lines to just use the toilets as they are locked and the QR codes are only available at the counter 7. You have to buy 3D glasses for a 3D movie(They are not included....Einstein Move) 8. No one tells you that you have to buy the glasses and you can just enter the movies without the glasses. People were leaving to buy glasses in the middle of the movie. 9. Movies do not start on time. There are adds for 5 minutes , then the theater is lit up for 5-10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of adds in the dark and then movie starts. My first and last time visited this(as it was showing a OV movie in 3D). Avoid the hasstle and go to Cinemaxx (been a customer there for over a decade now). It's better in

Brand-new interior reconstruction, great location! Geometric interior style~ it reminds me more like a modern office space than a theater space. The night scene from the windows to the street is nice. But the seats are hard and stiff inside the theaters, what a pity!
