I brought my ring to them for an adjustment ( it was too big) , and they done an amazing job and also polished it for me ( now looks as new). Thanks a lot, great job !

I had a pendant repaired and two rings resized at Carat, and also bought a new gold chain. Pascal was at my consultation, but I dealt with a number of the team there and found everyone to be kind and great communicators, no hesitation to deal with English speakers, and the work was a very good standard, and fairly priced. The rings were still a little bit too large but the team happily made them smaller free of charge. Overall I’m very happy and would for sure return. Would highly recommend!

Super friendly and professional service. A very unique shop with beautiful creations for many tastes. My wife and I still cherish our custom made wedding rings.
