A small camping site easy accessible from the A8, 29 km from Munich. The campground is located right between two lakes which is lovely during the summer. There is a train which runs every 10 minutes to the heart of Munich (no exchanges). However it is 4 km away and you should take a car. The restaurant is delicious and serves "Balkan stile food. Bathrooms are clean. Pitches a more for short term camping. Be careful when using higher amperage devices on your pitch, the safety fuse will switch off. No problem if it's during the opening hours. I had to run my fridge over night with gas until I was able to approach the owner. She flipped the switch and everything was back to normal. Enjoy your stay because I did.

Worst possible camping I've ever been. Places way too small, very unfriendly service, would NOT recommend at all. We arrived before closure barrier and asked beforehand by mail if we could stay for one night and pay for our stay in the morning (since the website told us you cannot book for one night in advance). Never got an answer back. Owner gave us a tight spot (grumpy) and told us check-in was closed, so we set up camp in the dark and rain. Never once did he communicate with us we had to pay by cash. In the morning the owners blocked our way out, as if we were criminals trying to escape. When we wanted to leave after paying (owner gave us a poorly drawn map to an ATM, so we lost a lot of travelling time there), and we drove over the campingsite to turn (since places were way too cramped to turn on spot), they almost killed us with their stare. Poor communication and no empathy whatsoever. I'm sorry, but I cannot give more stars because I feel our family was treated as dirt and scum. For anyone who wants to know: don't arrive after 20:00, because reception check-in is mandatory and passing through is not possible. (This information was not available on their website)

I recently stayed at Camping Ampersee Gmbh, and it was a terrible experience. The campsite was poorly maintained, with trash scattered everywhere and overflowing dumpsters. The bathrooms were dirty and rarely cleaned, with broken fixtures and a constant unpleasant smell. The staff was unhelpful and rude when we asked for assistance. The noise level was unbearable at night, making it impossible to get any sleep. Overall, it was a highly disappointing visit, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant camping experience.

Nice place close to a small lake where it’s possible to swim. Just outside the camping there is a good restaurant with kind staff. our pitch was of a good size and mainly with shadow. Toilets should be cleaned more often in my opinion. As other guests said, the A8 is very close and it can be noisy if you are sensible. The town and the train station are just at 3 km but you need a vehicle or a bike, the bus passes every hour or more. At the train station the parking is free, also for camper
