I stayed in the Apartment XL for two nights. Apart from the convenient location and the friendly, helpful staff, there was very little about Brera Serviced Apartments that made for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The pillow (see attached photo) was barely worthy of being called a pillow—it felt more like a folded bedsheet than proper bedding. There were also recurring issues with the water supply. The water pressure dropped repeatedly, and on several occasions the water stopped working altogether. While the staff responded promptly and explained that the issue would resolve itself within 15–20 minutes, this is not the kind of inconvenience guests should have to tolerate during their stay. The bathroom had additional maintenance problems. The exhaust fan was not functioning, and the drains frequently failed to drain water properly. Another disappointing aspect was the dishwashing arrangement. As a family of four, we naturally used several utensils and needed to run the dishwasher more than once. However, only a single dishwasher pod was provided. When we requested additional pods, we were informed that

I had a truly awful experience at Brera Serviced Apartments München. I was unable to sleep the entire night because a malfunctioning automatic window kept opening and closing on its own, making a constant and highly disruptive noise. The amenities and room layout were equally disappointing. The coffee machine was broken, seemingly damaged after being kept too close to the stove by previous guests. The electrical outlets were located far away from both the desk and the kitchenette, making it incredibly inconvenient to plug in devices. Finally, the blackout curtains only covered part of the windows, meaning it was impossible to properly darken the room. Overall, the lack of rest and poor room functionality made this a genuinely terrible experience. I absolutely cannot recommend staying here.

It was simply amazing. Check in and check out precoedures were very easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, very well connected with the all the most relevant places in the city, including the city centre. Top!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Brera Serviced Apartments. The apartment fully met and even exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I had a parking issue outside of regular hours. Their quick support made a real difference and was highly appreciated. The location is also excellent, with a supermarket and a bakery conveniently located in the same building, which made everything very easy during my stay. I can absolutely recommend booking here and would gladly stay again!
