Wonderful experience! This was my second time renting a WaterLounge boat, and once again it was an absolute pleasure. It's an amazing way to escape the city with friends and/or family and enjoy a relaxing day on the water. The entire process was incredibly easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very service-minded. From picking up the boat to returning it, everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be renting from WaterLounge again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a boat rental.

So, I was part of a group of friends that rented a boat with these guys and, please, before you do so, check the reviews, specially their responses. Not only they do not care about the state of their boats, they do not care about customer feedback at all as all they have is an arrogant response. It all started alright, the first guy was actually welcoming at first making some jokes and I think in general is not a personal complaint. The boat itself was in bad condition, you pay about 500€ for a boat with broken seats (the foam is coming out of the seams), a broken sound system (speakers disconnected) and dirty as hell. While ofc spiders are part of nature, as cleverly mentioned in their response (wow, thanks we did not know), there is no need to have 500 years of dust and spiderwebs in every corner. Do not dare to open the seats or a door, you will find a whole new world in there and is not a clean one. I think the only thing in good shape was the BBQ itself. Then do the math and add an absurd amount € of gasoline per hour. We decide to book with those guys to try other companies as we do this yearly but never again, do your research, there are much better options at a cheaper pr

We had the most relaxing time on the Waterlounge. We loved any minute of it. Everything was explained very well and the boat was very easy to navigate. We'll be back next year.

We rented the boat for my friend’s bridal shower party and was really smooth transaction online to book and find what suits our need. We recommend extras like the ‘benzin pauschale’, portalet, ice box with ice or even a driver. Although it is licence-free to drive the boat we opt for a driver to enjoy the entire ride. Everyone was friendly and it is really perfect for group like up to 10 persons so it will not be too expensive. At the end, it was worth it!

We are on visit to Berlin, since we live normally in Shanghai. We found The Water Lounge and made an easy booking on the webpage, which sticks out compared to other operators (easy access and choice making as well as PayPal payment). Having experienced these types of boats in the US and really loving this relaxed cruising in super comfy upholstery (captains seat with 4 cupholders is just right), we been greatly surprised to see the boats here in Berlin. Water Lounge has a great choice there and the boats are really clean and well maintained. With anchor and water ladder you are free to stop and jump of the boat into the great Berlin lakes anytime (unless its forbidden...). The huge tank gives plenty of range and the refill cost as well as clearly communicated choices for refill stations or refill at return gives a peace of mind. Just hustle free cruising. Joerg the manager gave us a great and precise intro as well as directions where best to go. All with a smile and almost American easiness. So for us it was a fun time up to Neue Muehle and around the lakes :-) We'll be back with our US visitors next year for an more extensive tour for sure. Great Boats, Service and Team...
