I went to Body&Soul with wellpass today, and it was a great experience. The gym is well-organised, clean and equipped with all essentials plus pool and wellness areaa. The stuff is friendly especially Snjezana from reception was really nice

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today (around 22:20). I've visited many branches of this gym, and the staff at most of them are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, this location has consistently been the exception. While the male staff members I've interacted with have always been polite and approachable, I've repeatedly felt unwelcome in my interactions with a couple of the female staff members. Today, I arrived first at the check-in desk after checking in with the app. Shortly afterward, a large number of members arrived, apparently to check out. A staff member initially approached me, but I voluntarily let the others go first so they could check out. After waiting for quite some time, another staff member (who introduced herself as "Snow White") came to the desk. Instead of acknowledging that I had been waiting the longest or asking whether I minded waiting a little longer, she firmly said "kurz warten" and continued serving other members. Being overlooked after patiently waiting and giving others priority made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I was here the first time today and made a good decision to come around lunch time to avoid peak times. At this time it was really quite. Staff was nice and helped me with registration etc. Went for a swimming session. Pool is small (25 meters) and probably allows 10-12 people to conveniently swim at the same time. More than that will be packed and maybe not enjoyable. Also visited the Wellness Area: Was also very quite and relaxed but can imagine that evenings are busy. Things to improve: - no clear signs: I did not know where to go to the pool or changing rooms without asking staff. Also in the changing rooms it was not directly clear where the pool and wellness area is. - Broken Lockers: A lot of lockers were not working. at peak times this can be a problem. This definitely needs to be fixed. - no english signs: you can find a lot of boards with rules but none of them in english. English signs especially in a city like Munich plus for a gym like Body + Soul should be mandatory to feel everyone more welcomed.

I recently had a day trial at body + soul, and it’s truly a total package! I was thoroughly impressed by the top-tier gym equipments and the multiple-level zones for cycling, cardio and more! The swimming pool and sauna were the perfect finishing touch. The reception from the staff was amazing. While I waited to be attended to, Simone offered me “the most delicious peppermint tea” :) then Michael guided me with the perfect plan suitable for me. I’m very happy with the experience and ended up becoming a member!

Best gym in Munich, I am a member of Body & Soul since I moved to Munich like 4 years ago, and I still love training here. I love the personal touch, and the super friendly and helpful staff working here, special thanks to Michi - great job! 💪🔥 I never miss my protein shake after a good strength workout 😋
